Just because we are not in
school does not mean that you should just be sitting around watching tv,
playing video games, and eating junk food. Remember, it is important
to exercise every day, drink lots of water, and eat a rainbow. Please
complete at least 30 minutes of activities every day. I have provided
some examples of activities that you can do while you are out. Have a

- How many sit ups can you do in 1 minute.
- How many push ups can you do in 1 minute.
- How many jumping jacks can you do in 1 minute.
- Can you hold a plank for 1 minute.
- Walk like a crab for 1 minute.
- Walk like a bear for 1 minute.
- Balance on one foot for 1 minute.
- Find a line.How many times can you jump back and forth over that line in 1 minute.
- Find a line.Get in a push up position.Walk your hands (Feet do not move) over that line as many times as you can in 1 minute.
- Get a partner from your house
and try push up pattycakes.Face one another in a push up position. When
the time starts try slapping each others hands as you switch hands back
and forth.How many patty cakes can you get in 1 minute.
- Perform a wall sit for 1 minute.

W-run in place for 30 seconds
X-run in place with high knees for 15
seconds
Y-5 push ups
Z-5 sit ups
